Custom and Personalized Products (e.g., Custom Scrunchies):

Intellectual Property Representation: By submitting photos, logos, texts, or design graphics for custom products, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to or have explicit permission to use such material. You agree to indemnify Photonics Limited against any third-party copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from your custom orders.
Production Time: Custom orders require an additional production timeframe (up to 14 business days) prior to shipment.
Non-refundable Nature: As custom goods are made to your unique specifications, orders for custom products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defect or parcel damage.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
